(1) 60 minute massage per month, with hot towel service, aromatherapy, & a 10 minute relaxation session with heated neck wrap and eye pillow directly following your session.
Membership Plan #2
$110.00 recurring monthly payment. Service includes:
(1) 90 minute massage per month, with hot towel service, aromatherapy, & a 10 minute relaxation session with heated neck wrap and eye pillow directly following your session.
Enhancements
You may add (1) enhancement per month at no charge:
Hot stone neck and shoulder massage, Cold stone sinus massage, Cupping, or Gua Sha.
Policies & Procedures
The following policies apply to every session.
Please read through them carefully.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Disrespect will not be tolerated
Understand that massage therapy is entirely therapeutic and non-sexual in nature. Disrespect and sexual misconduct will NOT be tolerated. Your session will be terminated, you will be required to pay the full amount of the service, and Law Enforcement will be notified.
Late Policy
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your session.
If you arrive late, you forfeit that time You may be asked to reschedule your session if the remaining time does not permit treatment.
Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour notice is required
Failure to cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of your session. No call or no show will be charged 100% of the missed service. This is at the discretion of the therapist.
Health & Misc. Policy
You waive and release the therapist of any and all liability.
Services provided are not a replacement for medical treatment. You must notify me of any medical conditions prior to the start of the session.
